Joiner has a 30-year history in sales, sales management and marketing for pharmaceutical companies. He has launched over 15 major pharmaceutical products and was previously a part of the senior management team at Alliant Pharmaceuticals.
Kenneth V. Phelps
Phelps is an industry expert in 505(b)(2) FDA submissions. He has aided in the successful FDA approval of numerous compounds. Today Phelps is the President & CEO of Camargo Pharmaceutical Services based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to founding Camargo, he held a number of executive level assignments in the areas of quality control, project management and regulatory, clinical and medical affairs at Duramed Pharmaceuticals (now Barr Pharmaceuticals).
Allen Conger VP of Business Development, Madeira Therapeutics
Having previously worked as an investment banker at MidCap Advisors and director at Pegasus Funds, Conger has extensive experience in public equities, mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial advisory services. Conger brings this experience to Madeira, leading business development efforts to recruit potential investors.

Hess joined Madeira Therapeutics as business development associate, responsible for community outreach in the greater Charleston, South Carolina area. Hess ensures that Madeira’s mission of developing FDA approved pharmaceuticals for children is aligned with area organizations who embrace these common goals. |
